Why do not my workplace multi fuction?
its a 7 on a machine. printer, fax, photo thing, copier, scanner, and I forgot rest. when I connect to my computer. its through USB. port no pickup. and not printed. I tried to scan as a test. and scanned. what happens to him? my computer is old and when I have my mouse on it or a USB memory stick that reads.
These devices typically come with software installation required that the device connects to the USB port until the software asks you plug it in. I had to install / uninstall / reinstall mine twice before I got the sequence to perfection. After that he worked very well.
